- Products must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with all original tags and in their original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Minor inspection (e.g., opening the package to check the item) is generally allowed, but any significant signs of wear or damage may affect your eligibility for a return.

Return Shipping & Process
- Request Approval: Send an email to support@paperwhimsy.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We will review and confirm your request if it meets our return criteria.
- Shipping Label & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your product back.
- Return Address: Ship the item to Block B, Star World Commercial Center, Guandu District, Kunming, Yunnan, China.

Who Pays the Shipping?:
- If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal preference or a change of mind, you may be responsible for return shipping costs (these may be deducted from your final refund, if applicable).

“Delivered” Tracking Status
If the tracking information indicates your order has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or send replacements unless you can provide an official statement or proof of loss from your local post office indicating the item was lost or misdelivered. -
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
We do not provide refunds or replacements if a package fails to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and capable of receiving deliveries before placing your order.
2. Handling Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

3. Deposit Payment and Refund Terms

Deposit Details
- A deposit may be required for high-demand or custom products to secure your order.
- After the deposit is paid, you must complete the balance payment within the specified period (generally 7 days) to confirm the order.

- You must pay the deposit within 24 hours after placing the order; failure to do so may result in automatic order cancellation.
- If you do not pay the remaining balance within 7 days of deposit confirmation, the order is considered canceled, and your deposit will be non-refundable unless otherwise specified by local law.

- Purpose of Deposit: The deposit covers the cost of reserving inventory, materials, or scheduling production, thus securing the order’s validity.
- Non-Payment of Balance: If you fail to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe, leading to order cancellation, the deposit will be retained.

- If you cancel or significantly change the order near completion, we reserve the right to not refund the deposit.
- If we must cancel the order due to our own error, we will refund you in full (including the deposit).
- If cancellation is due to personal reasons on your part, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer at checkout, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety of their package delivery location.
In the event of theft or loss after delivery confirmation, refunds or replacements will not be provided unless otherwise determined by our customer service team.
We highly recommend selecting a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery, or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.
